Some think that having a perfect self-control is a mystery. Contrary to what they believe, it takes a little know-how, much effort, and willingness to move forward. If you want to remain a slave to your emotions for the rest of your life, then you will spend your life believing that mastering and managing emotions is a mystery.

One thing you must understand, is that we were all slaves one day. And even today there are still slaves. I hate that word because I am more a leader in good faith than a follower, and I hate what history has proven to be nothing but a failure. We are human beings and we should be treated as such. However, although this is a subject of discord, I am always ready to talk to reveal the so-called mystery.

What is this mystery? If you remember, a slave takes care of all that his master ordered him to do. The slave is obedient because he is aware that the punishment is in response to insubordination. It’s the same thing in the army. But who are the real leaders?

True leaders are those who will respond to requests and comply to the rules made to them without complaining. Since ancient times, slaves have always shown their leadership. They are outstanding examples we can follow because they are in perfect control. They control their emotions and are masters of their minds, where their owners fail.

Their masters are control freaks. They have no conscience, otherwise they would not treat these people this way. Therefore, masters are struggling to manage and control their emotions because their conscience is not in good working condition.

What are the features of a mind enslaved and controlled? These features are summarized in the submission. People do not understand the significance of this profound respect. Women have demonstrated these traits for centuries, but we only takes advantage of them because we can not realize the respect required for their submission. Thus we disrespect ourselves. Submission does not necessarily mean do everything you’re asked to do without saying anything.

Rather, offer respect to others while remaining firm on his beliefs. If someone offends your beliefs, you’ll raise the tone. Many ignore the presence of this submission. We all need to submit, whether we like it or not. The key is to know that submission is a commitment to respect. The dictionaries define it as a quality to submit to others. However, it has a deeper meaning than that given by dictionaries. The submission is therefore, in all regards, an excellent quality that puts a limit to the emotions. This brings us now to talk about boundaries and limits.

We all have boundaries and limits, otherwise we would have no control over ourselves. Once you’ve set your limits, you move forward towards achieving more success.

If you learn self-respect and respect for others, you will not feel guilt, sorrow, discontent, etc.. This will help you educate yourself and develop yourself with more flexibility.

As you can see, there is no mystery in terms of emotional control. The key is you have to do your best to learn to do what is right, and away from dangerous things that contaminate your mind. You must work on yourself to manage and control your emotions.
